What payment types do you accept?

All major credit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay.


Do you ship outside of the US?

We ship to the US, US Territories and Canada.

How do I check my order status? 

To check your order status, log into your account at the bottom of any page. If you do not have an account, register for a new account using the same email as the order you placed online.

How do I update or cancel my order? 

If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us (preferably via phone before email) as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 24 hours or less. If your order has already shipped, you may reject the package and return to sender for a refund.


What do you charge for shipping?

Do you offer in-store pickup? 

In-store pickup is available for customers in Oregon and Washington. Additionally, some customers in Portland, OR may be eligible for local delivery via Postmates.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased online. They will be emailed upon purchase with a code for redemption online or in-person. They do not expire and cannot be returned or refunded.

If you misplace your gift card, the original purchaser may contact us to retrieve the code.

Can you combine promo codes?

No, only one promotion may be used per order.

Where are the items made that you sell in your store?

We sell items made all over the world. For information on individual items, please contact us.

What designers do you carry?

We carry many different designers on a seasonal basis. For a list of designers currently available online, please select the Designers option from the navigation bar at the top of your page. 

Do you carry any vegan designers?

We do not currently guarantee a selection of vegan products. If an item is certified as vegan, it will be listed on the individual product page.


If I buy something online, can I return or exchange it in-store? 

Items purchased online may be returned by mail or in-store. If you would like to return your item in-store, please provide a printed copy of your invoice as proof of purchase. For more information, please read our Return Policy.

If I buy something in-store, can I return or exchange it by mail? 

Items purchased in-store may be returned or exchanged by mail for store credit with a copy of the original receipt. For more information, please read our Return Policy.

What is your return policy on jewelry, candles, fragrance, body care?

All items may be returned or exchanged with original tags and packaging within 10 days of purchase. For more information, please read our Return Policy.

What is your return policy on swimwear or undergarments?

Undergarments and swimwear is final sale.

Do you have a price match guarantee?

We do our best to offer competitive pricing. If you find an item that we carry in-store on online is listed at another retailer for a lower price, please Contact Us for more information.
